Cute girls!

Feb. 8 - We were getting ready to head out the door for church and Kynlee wanted a picture of her pony tails. So we took some cute pictures of all the girls!

Sisters

Feb. 7 - We went downstairs to tuck the girls in and found them like this. They had made a bed on the floor to read in and who knows what else with the table next to the beds and had fallen asleep! Looks like Jessa is a little more comfortable than Kayci! So cute, we never know what we will find when we go down to tuck them in before we go to bed!!

Silly Kynlee

Feb. 3 - So, while Kynlee's sisters are at school she seems to like to get into their things! She came out of the room with Jessa's shorts on her head and Jessa's shirt on her body up-side down. It really drives Jessa crazy when she gets in her drawers and messes up her nicely folded clothes! Kynlee said that she was just getting ready to go to the store!! I promise she has never worn anything like this to the store before.

Family night with some cousins

Feb. 2 - We were watching our nephews one Monday night while their parents went to a Jazz game and Jessa wanted to give the family night lesson. She did a great job and made all of the kids some finger puppets! Jessa, Kayci, London, Kynlee and Quentyn

Jessa's soccer team

Jan. 23 - We had a pizza and movie party for Jessa's soccer team! Jason coaches the team and loves it, we have such a good group of girls and parents that it makes it a lot of fun. We had a great time and couldn't believe how noisy all those girls could be!! Jason was a little bit out numbered but I guess he just needs to get used to it!!

New cousin

Dec. 26 - On Dec. 19th Jason's sister Kari and her husband Andrew welcomed a new little baby into their family! Her name is Evelyn Jan and she is super cute! My girls absolutely love her and could hold her all the time! This is Jessa holding her then Kayci holding her.

Christmas

Dec. 25 - Christmas!! We spent Christmas up in Cache Valley at Jason's parents and had a wonderful time! We were able to spend the morning with them and then my parents came over in the afternoon for dinner and some games. It was a good thing that my parents headed home when they did because it soon turned into a blizzard and that night we got 18 in of snow. It was definitely a white Christmas! Kayci enjoying a stocking treat waiting to open presents! Looks like she could of used a little more sleep!
Jessa, Kynlee and me - Like always, we all got a lot of great things and had a wonderful Christmas! I was pretty sick being pregnant and root beer seemed to help, so funny Jason gave me a ton of A&W!! Jason's brother Kam loves A&W root beer and I think was a little disappointed that it was not for him!

Crazy Kayci with her beautiful music box from Grandma and Grandpa!

Kam - Kam is always sooo fun to give gifts to, he has the best reactions and it is easy to find things that he loves!!

Kynlee - She had to try everything on and would hug it and say "Oh, I yuv (love) it"!!

Jessa and her new favorite stuffed animal, a dolphin. Thanks to our friends Sandy and Karen who searched high and low to find it for her! She loves it!!

Great Grandpa Merrill - In between naps he would dig in his stocking to find something to snack on while waiting for his turn to open another gift!

Grandpa and Kynlee - Kynlee could watch grandpa's train all day!

Grandpa and Kynlee, still playing with the train!

Great Grandpa Merrill, it must have been at least 10:00 am and he was already pooped!!

Later that night Grandma read all of the kids a story and off to bed they went. What a fun and exciting Christmas for everyone, the kids all slept very good that night!!

Christmas Eve

Dec. 24 - This year because of the weather we packed up all of our stuff, sent an e-mail to Santa to let him know where we were going to be and headed up to Cache Valley. We usually go up Christmas morning but didn't know if we would be able to make it because of all of the snow storms coming in for that weekend. It was fun being with everyone on Christmas eve. We carried on our tradition of having the kids act out the Nativity scene and it worked out really good because of all of the other family members the kids recruited to be in it with them! After the play the kids all opened up their Eve present, (pajama's) wrote their letters to Santa and left him some toffee, cookies and Kayci's tradition, Mac and Cheese! Then off to bed!! This is the kids showing off their new pajama's. Jessa, Kayci, Quentyn, Kynlee and London

Temple Square

Dec. 23 - This was our annual trip to temple square to see the lights. We always have so much fun and the kids look forward to it every year! Jessa, Kayci and Kynlee

One of our favorite things to do in the winter as a family is to go sledding!! We go to this spot that is perfect for the whole family. No trees or other obstacles to run into, fast enough for the older girls and not to fast for Kynlee! Here are a bunch of fun pictures from this winter! Dec. and Jan. Jessa, Kayci and Kynlee
Kynlee - She is a maniac on the hill, if we don't keep an eye on her she will try and go from the top all by herself! She loves it!!

Kayci - She is always soaking wet by the time we are finished, just a few wipe-outs!

Jessa - She is getting braver every year! (finally) She always has to fix her coat, gloves and pants if even an ounce of snow gets through a crack!

Kayci and Kynlee - They could roll all the way down the hill and get up laughing!

Jessa and Kynlee - Yes, Kynlee is on the sled too! Jessa is a very good sister and didn't want any snow flying in her face!!

Jason and Kayci - Yes that is my husband in the fashionably hot Walls coveralls! He says that he doesn't want to ruin any of his nice ski and snowboard clothes! You would think that he grew up on a farm, nope, just likes how comfy and warm they are. The kids don't seem to be embarrassed of their farmer Dad yet, so as long as he is out their playing with the kids and being an awesome Dad who cares!!

This is Jessa trying to pull Kynlee up the hill. I guess being the youngest has its advantages. I don't think she ever walks up the hill!

Looks like Jessa didn't make it to far and had to recruit Kayci to push from behind!

Rather than Kynlee walk up the hill they had to call Dad over to get her up the rest of the way! I think that she has us all wrapped around her little finger!!

Jessa, me, Kynlee and Kayci

This is Kayci after one of her wipe-outs! Love the snow stuck on her eyelashes!

Kynlee - She is so funny, she pulls the scarf up and the hat down so she can't even see where she is going. She does this before any trip down the hill!

This is the whole family going down! Jason, me, Jessa, Kynlee squished in between her sisters and Kayci!

Jessa

This was a cool shot that Jason got of Jessa one night as the sun was going down. I think the rest of us were wet and cold going back to the car to get warm!

Dec. 15 - We had a surprise visit from Santa! He always makes a stop at the house and we never know when so it is hilarious to see how the kids react. Jessa and Kayci had just gotten out of the shower and Kynlee was in the bath, we have never seen them get dressed as fast as they did. Jessa wanted Santa to surprise her this year, Kayci wanted an I-pod and a BIG whoopee cushion! Kynlee just asked for treats and presents!
Jessa

Kayci, couldn't stop giggling!

Kynlee, she just wanted to sit on Santa's lap the entire time!
